Quick explanation
Freedom of faith and conscience is constitutionally protected.
Why is this correct?
It is one of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Basic Law; entertainment, work and housing are not the guarantee asked for here.
Background
Article 4 of the Basic Law guarantees freedom of faith and conscience. Everyone may freely decide whether and what they believe, practise their religion, change it or have no religion at all. The state remains neutral: there is no state church, and nobody may be disadvantaged because of their faith. Freedom of conscience also includes the right to refuse military service with weapons.
Why are the other answers wrong?
A right to work, to housing or to entertainment is not in the Basic Law. There is freedom of occupation (Article 12): you may freely choose your profession – but the state does not have to guarantee you a job. Some state constitutions name work or housing as state objectives, but these are not enforceable fundamental rights.
Memory tip
Fundamental rights are mostly freedoms (“believe freely, speak freely”), not claims to things like housing or work.
